The ohmmeter is intended for measuring the electrical resistance of the grounding wiring, establishing the fact of its interruption by the value of the electrical resistance, and detecting the presence of alternating current voltage on the equipment in the event of a violation of the insulation resistance.
The ohmmeter has two modes of operation: the mode of monitoring the presence of an AC voltage on the measuring object from 0 to 380 V (the ” ” button is not pressed) and the mode of measuring resistance in the range from 0.05 W to 20 W (the ” ” button is pressed).
The ohmmeter is used to check the conditions for ensuring the safe operation of equipment in any industry.
The ohmmeter is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of legally regulated measuring equipment approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 94 dated 13.01.2016, DSTU EN 60051-6:2015 Direct-acting electrical measuring devices, analog, indicating and auxiliary parts to them. Technical characteristics
The resistance measurement range of the ohmmeter is from 0.05 W to 20 W.
Accuracy class 1.5 according to DSTU OIML R 34:2014 Metrology. Accuracy classes of measuring instruments (OIMLR 34:1979, IDT).
The length of the scale is not less than 88 mm.
Control of the presence of alternating current voltage from 0 to 380 V
The deviation of the pointer in the voltage control mode to the “∞” mark corresponds to a voltage of no more than 380 V. The dependence of the pointer deviation angle on the voltage value is linear.
Powering the ohmmeter from a chemical source of direct current (element R6, RL6, size AA) with a nominal voltage of 1.5 V.
The current consumption is no more than 30 mA.
The duration of continuous operation of the ohmmeter is limited by the capacity of the electrochemical current source.
The time to set the working mode of the ohmmeter is no more than 4 s.
The working position of the ohmmeter is the horizontal arrangement of the dial.
The degree of protection of the ohmmeter housing is IP42 according to DSTU EN 60529:2014 Degrees of protection provided by covers (IR Code).
Working conditions of application:
- ambient air temperature from minus 30 ºС to plus 50 ºС;
- relative air humidity up to 90% at a temperature of 25 ºС.
The dimensions of the ohmmeter are 150 mm x 70 mm x 200 mm.
The mass of the ohmmeter is not more than 1.0 kg.
The average earnings per refusal is at least 5,000 h.
The average term of service is 10 years.
