CA0204 ammeters are designed to measure the strength of direct current in electrical networks and direct current circuits.Indication of measurement results is on a four-digit LED indicator with a floating point.
Ammeters, depending on overall dimensions, type of electrical power supply, presence of an interface and accuracy class, are designed in accordance with the scheme:

Ammeters have an RS-485 interface for transferring measurement results to a personal computer (PC). MODBUS RTU exchange protocol. Exchange speed 9600 Baud. Ammeters can have a network address from 1 to 250.
Ammeters with an interface have two relay outputs, which ensure the closing of the relay contacts when the measured value of the set value of the upper and lower settings is reached. Setting the setting value is carried out from the PC.
The final value of the measurement range of direct connection ammeters is from 0.1 A to 10 A. Current measurements above 10 A are made by connecting them to an external shunt.
The final value of the ammeter measurement range corresponds to the value from row 1; 1,2; 1.5; 2; 2.5; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7.5; 8 or their multiples of decimal and fractional values. At the request of the customer, it is possible to make ammeters with a different final value of the measurement range.
The range of readings of ammeters is from zero to 1.2 of the final value of the measurement range.
The initial value of the measurement range is equal to 0.1 of its final value.
The resolution of ammeters is no more than 0.002 of the final value of the measurement range
Accuracy class – 0.5 / 0.5 or 1 / 0.5 according to DSTU OIML R 34:2014 Accuracy classes of measuring equipment.
The power supply of ammeters is from a direct current network or an alternating current network with a frequency of (50 ± 0.2) Hz, voltage from 100 V to 250 V. The power consumption of the ammeter from the power source is no more than 3 V×A.
Working conditions of application:
– ambient air temperature from minus 30 ºС to plus 50 ºС;
– relative air humidity up to 90% at a temperature of 30 ºС.
Mass of ammeters, no more than:
TSA0204-2 – 0.25 kg,
TSA0204-3, – 0.2 kg.
The degree of protection provided by the ammeter housing against the penetration of solid objects is IP30 according to DSTU EN 60529:2014 Degrees of protection provided by casings (IP).
