The frequency indicator (hereinafter – the indicator) is designed to display on LED indicators the value of the frequency in alternating current electrical networks with a frequency of 50 Hz, 60 Hz and 400 Hz.
The indicators have an RS-485 interface for transferring measurement results to a personal computer (PC). MODBUS RTU exchange protocol. Exchange speed 9600 Baud. Indicators can have a network address from 1 to 255.
Indicators with an interface have two relay outputs that ensure the closing of the relay contacts when the measured value of the set value of the upper and lower settings is reached. Setting the setting value is carried out from the PC.
The indicator, depending on the size of the front panel, has the following performance:
- ЦЧ0205-2 – size 96 mm x 96 mm;
- ЦЧ0205-3 – size 72 mm x 72 mm.
The indicator is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of low-voltage electrical equipment (hereinafter referred to as the Technical Regulations), approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 1067 dated 12/16/2015 and DSTU EN 61010-1.
Working conditions of application:
- ambient air temperature from minus 20 ºС to plus 50 ºС;
- relative air humidity is 90% at a temperature of 30 ºС.
The indicator can be used at energy and industrial facilities.
Technical characteristics
The display is four-digit with a floating point on the LED indicator.
The power supply of the indicators is an alternating current network with a frequency of 50 Hz, 60 Hz or 400 Hz with a voltage from 100 V to 250 V.
Power consumption from the power supply network is no more than 2 V·A.
Ranges of frequency indication:
– I: from 35.00 Hz to 99.99 Hz;
– II: from 100.0 Hz to 800.0 Hz.
Range selection is automatic.
Note. The manufacturer guarantees an absolute error of frequency determination of 0.02 Hz in range I and 0.2 Hz in range II.
The input voltage range of the controlled network is from 30 V to 250 V.
The input resistance of the indicator is at least 400 kΩ.
The degree of protection of the indicator housing is IP30 according to DSTU EN 60529:2014 Degrees of protection provided by casings (IR Code).
