ЦИС0307-1 meter is designed for measuring electrical parameters of single-phase alternating current networks: phase voltage, current, active and reactive powers, power factor, frequency.
The meter provides an indication of the direction of active energy transfer, information exchange through the RS–485 interface (hereinafter referred to as the interface), has an analog output of 4–20 mA and three relay outputs (closing the relay contacts when the monitored value reaches a preset value).
With the help of control buttons located on the front panel of the meter and (or) through the interface, it is possible to set the measurement range taking into account the current transformation coefficients (for current transformers with a rated current of the secondary winding of 1 A or 5 A), relay and analog output parameters, network address and select the parameters that will be displayed on the indicators.

Designation of the meter when describing in the documentation and order:

CIS0307 – 1 – 220 – X (where “X” is the rated secondary current of the transformer – 1 A or 5 A)

Working conditions of application:

  • ambient air temperature from minus 30 ºС to plus 50 ºС;
  • relative air humidity up to 90% at a temperature of 25 ºС;

The meter is used at energy and industrial facilities to monitor the electrical parameters of networks.

The ability to exchange information through the interface and the availability of analog and relay outputs makes it possible to use the meter in automated systems of various purposes.

Technical characteristics

Indication of the meter’s measurement results is digital on three four-digit floating-point LED indicators.

The input resistance of the current measurement circuit does not exceed 0.2 Ω.

The meter belongs to measuring equipment of accuracy class 0.5 according to DSTU OIML R 34:2014 Accuracy classes of measuring equipment.

The limits of the permissible reduced basic measurement error of voltage, current, active and reactive power, frequency, active power factor do not exceed 0.5% of the nominal value of the corresponding parameter.

The meter has three relay outputs that ensure the closing of the relay contacts when the monitored value reaches the set value.

The controlled parameter, value and type (lower or upper) of the setting is set using the control buttons located on the front panel of the meter or through the interface.

The meter has an RS–485 interface for communication with external devices. MODBUS RTU exchange protocol. The exchange rate is 9600 baud.The meter can have a network address from 1 to 255.

The meter has a 4 – 20 mA analog output for controlling an external actuator or relaying an input signal. The output current change range is from 4 mA to 20 mA when the controlled value changes from zero to the final value of the measurement range of the selected parameter, and when measuring the active power factor – from zero to unit by module.

The load resistance should not exceed 500 Ω.

The overall dimensions of the meter are no more than 96 mm x 96 mm x 90 mm.
