The ФЕ0201 phase control relay is designed to control the presence, symmetry and sequence of phases in a three-phase network with a nominal voltage of 3×380 V, a frequency of 50 Hz and can be used to protect three-phase asynchronous electric motors with a power of up to 100 kW from:

– unacceptable voltage asymmetry;

– works in two phases;

– impermissible symmetrical reduction of voltage;

– reverse alternating phases.

Technical characteristics

  • At the nominal voltage of the controlled network (terminals “A”, “B”, “C”) and direct phase alternation, the relay turns on (contact closes, terminals “1” and “2”) and does not turn off when the voltage changes in one phase or when symmetrical voltage changes in all three phases in the range from 187 V to 242 V.
  • The relay turns off when the voltage decreases in one phase or symmetrically decreases the voltage in all three phases to 110 V (including when a phase breaks*) and does not turn on when the phases are reversed.
  • The relay return factor (the ratio of the relay’s turn-off voltage to the turn-on voltage) is at least 0.85.
  • The mode of operation of the relay is long.
  • On the front side of the relay, there is a red light indicator, which signals that the relay is turned on.
  • The design of the relay ensures its installation on mounting rails NS 35/7, 5; NS 35/15 or directly to the panel with front connection of wires.
  • Contact output terminals allow the connection of two conductors with a cross-section from 0.5 mm 2  to 1 mm 2  or one conductor with a cross-section of up to 2.5 mm 2 .
  • The output closing contact of the relay provides switching of loads with a current of up to 3 A and a voltage of up to 400 V.
  • Degree of protection of the shell: housing-IP40; terminal block-IP10.
  • The relay operation time in the event of a phase break is no more than 0.1 s.
  • The power consumption of the relay is no more than 2 W.
  • Operating conditions:

– operating temperature range from minus 30 °C to plus 40 °C;
– relative humidity up to 96% at a temperature of plus 25 °C.
