Опис

Insulation control relays F4106, F4106A are designed for evaluating the level of insulation resistance and switching of external circuits when the insulation resistance drops below the set level (set point) in alternating current networks operating at a voltage of 220 V or 380 V with a frequency of 50 Hz, 60 Hz or 400 Hz.

Isolation monitoring relays are intended for installation in mobile and stationary electrical installations with isolated neutral.

The insulation control relay consists of two blocks: an arrow indicator – indicating device and a relay device.

The insulation control relay is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of low-voltage electrical equipment (hereinafter referred to as the Technical Regulation), approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 16.12.2015 No. 1067, DSTU EN 61010-1:2014 Requirements for the safety of control, measuring and laboratory electrical equipment. Part 1. General requirements, installation category (overvoltage category) III and pollution degree 1.

Relays have reinforced insulation. Class of protection against electric shock – II according to DSTU EN 61140:2015 Protection against electric shock. General aspects regarding installations and equipment.

Technical characteristics

The indicating device displays insulation resistance from 0.02 MW to 5 MW.

The insulation control relay has three switchable R resistance settings (set of settings): 30 kW, 50 kW and 500 kW for F4106 or 12 kW, 20 kW and 60 kW for F4106A.

Note.  Upon agreement with the manufacturer, it is allowed to supply relays with other sets of settings from the 12 kW, 20 kW, 30 kW, 50 kW, 60 kW, 100 kW, 200 kW, 300 kW, 400 kW, 500 kW series.

The input resistance is not less than 250 kW.
