The grounding resistance meter Ф4103-М1 is designed for measuring the resistance of grounding equipment of any geometric dimensions, active resistances in the presence and (or) absence of obstacles, and determination of soil resistivity.
The meter is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of legally regulated measuring equipment (hereinafter – the Technical Regulation), approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 13.01.2016 No. 94, DSTU EN 61557-5:2014 Electrical safety of low-voltage distribution systems with a voltage of up to 1000 V alternating current and 1500 V DC. Equipment for testing, measuring or monitoring security measures. Part 5. Accuracy class 2.5 on all measurement ranges except the (0 – 0.3) Ω range with accuracy class 4.0 according to DSTU OIML R 34:2014 Metrology. Accuracy classes of measuring instruments (OIMLR 34:1979, IDT).
The frequency of the measuring current is in the range from 265 Hz to 310 Hz.
AC voltage on terminals T1 and T2 when the external circuit is open is no more than 36 V.
The time to establish the working mode of the meter is no more than 10 s.
The time to set readings in the DIMENSION I position is no more than 6 s, in the DIMENSION II position no more than 30 s.
The duration of continuous operation of the meter when powered from an external source is not limited. The duration of continuous operation from the built-in power source is limited by the capacity of the electrochemical current source. There is no time limit before reactivation.
The meter is powered by nine cells 373, A373, (R20, LR20) or from an external source of direct current with a voltage of 11.5 V to 15 V.
Current consumption from an external DC power source is no more than 160 mA.
Working conditions of application:
- ambient air temperature from minus 25 ºС to plus 55 ºС;
- relative air humidity up to 90% at a temperature of 30 ºС.
The degree of protection of the meter body is IP42 according to DSTU EN 60529:2014 Degrees of protection provided by covers (IR Code).
Overall dimensions no more than 305 mm x 125 mm x 155 mm.
The weight of the meter is no more than 2.2 kg.
